The fee charged by us for our services varies with the posts. Below listed are the fees charged by us for different job posts-

• Jr. Level to Assistant Manager– 8.33% of annual ctc.


• Manager to Senior Manager– 10% of annual ctc.


• AGM to GM– 12.50% of annual ctc.


• Top Management– 15.50% of annual ctc.


• A Service Tax as per Govt. rules is charged extra on the invoice, as per notifications given by the Government of India.


• The above fee is payable within 15days of the date of the recruited candidate(s) joining the service of the Client.


• We will provide the replacement of the candidate, if that particular candidate leaves the company within 2 months of joining period (it also includes training & probation period).


• We shall be entitled for our professional fee, if the candidate, who has been interviewed but rejected by you and have been later appointed within the period of one year.
