Process Flow of Recruitment

1. Collecting of profiles from the database, short listing of profiles. (2-3 Day)


2. Sending first short listing of profiles to client for short listing (2 Day)


3. After short listing by client fixed interview date. (1-2Day)


4. Coordination for interview with the candidate. (2-3 Day)


5. Total time period for conducting an interview(7days)


6. Call for final round, offer being made to candidate. (Vacancy closed)
